CSR
Our CSR Charter
The purpose of our CSR charter is to define Akteos' commitments in the framework of sustainable development applied to the nature of its activity. It is the basis of a fair balance between economic development, social progress, innovation, global solidarity and protection of the individual and his environment.
Diversity Charter
At Akteos, talent management is based on the principle of professional equality and the prevention of discrimination. To do so, we have oriented our social policy around the development of skills, the promotion of diversity as well as commitment and well-being.
Akteos is a signatory of:
United Nations Global Compact
Akteos supports the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact concerning respect for human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.
We express our desire to integrate these principles into our company's strategy, its culture, its daily operations, and to advance them in our area of influence. Also, to participate in collaborative projects advancing the broader development goals of the United Nations, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Women's Empowerment Principles
Akteos supports the promotion of equality between women and men to:
- Bring the broadest pool of talent to our endeavours;
- Further our companies’ competitiveness;
- Meet our corporate responsibility and sustainability commitments;
- Model behaviour within our companies that reflects the society we would like for our employees, fellow citizens and families;
- Encourage economic and social conditions that provide opportunities for women and men, girls and boys;
- Foster sustainable development in the countries in which we operate.
Therefore, we welcome the provisions of the Women’s Empowerment Principles – Equality Means Business, produced and disseminated by the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and the United Nations Global Compact. The Principles present seven steps that business and other sectors can take to advance and empower women.
The new Corporate Parenthood Charter
Akteos is committed to and supports sustainable development. This is the foundation of a fair balance between economic development, social progress, innovation, global solidarity, protection of the individual and their environment. Akteos has therefore adopted and applies a culture and ethics in order to evolve representations linked to parenthood, raise awareness among its team of stereotypes and create a favorable environment for employee-parents, for all forms of parenthood.
- Facilitate the balance between professional and family life of employees, particularly in vulnerable situations
- Arrange the organization of work to enable people to exercise their family responsibilities
- Guarantee the principle of non-discrimination in the professional development of employee-parents
