They give you tools to facilitate your adaptation to your new professional environment and to be more effective in your international mission.
2. What is the impact of interculturality in business?
According to specialized studies, between 60 and 80% of expatriation failures are due to poor preparation of employees for intercultural situations: lack of understanding of different corporate cultures; difficulties in adapting professionally and personally; difficulties in "decoding" the words and actions of foreign employees...
Cultural differences are often overlooked in corporate mergers and are the cause of many failures. It is not only a matter of understanding the national cultures involved but also of studying the culture of each company.
